Job Description
- Supervises the activities of Store for security risk and vandalism
- Observes employees in performance of duties to evaluate efficiency and to detect and report unethical work practices.
- Apprehending shoplifters and keep an eye out for customers who are acting in a disruptive manner
- Ensures that government laws on security are adhered to at all times.
- Acts as undercover agent in retail stores to detect employee incompetency and dishonesty.
- Prepares detailed reports concerning matters investigated.
- Analyzes security needs and report to Store Manager.
