Counsels employees regarding work, family, or personal problems
Explains hospital compensation and benefits programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
Develops, schedules, and conducts technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance
Attends conferences and meetings, as an employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties
Prepares reports and enters and updates medical, insurance, retirement, and other personnel forms and records, using computer
Audits benefit accounts and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Arranges for employee physical examination, first aid, and other medical attention
Coordinate and facilitate communication cycle between staff and other HR functions and facilities.
Check and Review Staff vacation upon the system and give the approvals.
Initiate and guide Clearance Process and ensure its finalization.
Edit and Review Staff Scheduling with departments and unit heads.
Perform punch correction process before starting payroll process.
Finalize Resignation Process and create resignation sheet.
Perform exit interview process and investigate the resignation and termination reasons analysis.
Create a turnover analysis sheet with the reasons and rates.
Job Requirements
1 : 3 years of experience in the personnel department.
Bachelor's Degree in the Business/Management field is preferred.
