Create personnel file for each employee with all legally required documentation as stipulated in labor law
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Conduct the completion and update of the periodical governmental forms required by the social Insurance and Labor Offices. i.e.: Form 1, Form2, Form 6...etc.
Collect payroll variables during the month and inform the HR responsible person to effect the changes in the payroll sheet
Support the Line Managers through the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates
Follow-up with the technical managers and decision makers after the interviews to issue job offers as requested or send thank-you emails for candidates
Build a strong recruitment database for existing and potential vacancies
Respond to employees' requests and solve the aroused issues
Conduct exit-interviews for the resigned employees, and analyze the received data afterwards
Update HR system for all personnel actions; maintain organized records and run reports as necessary or helpful.
Coordinate, organize, and follow through on New Employees' hiring, on-boarding, and orientation process
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field; Human Resources related study is a plus.
A minimum of one to three years of professional experience in Human Resources.
English Fluency
Strong Collaboration and Communication skills
Well organized, with ability to work to tight deadlines
