Verifies attendance (lateness and absenteeism), hours worked and prepares the designated record sheets and forwards the same toPayroll Officerfor further processing with monthly payroll.
Performs calculations from Time Sheets for the overtime hours as per the hospital policies and procedures and prepare and forwards the data sheets toPayroll Officerfor further processing with monthly payroll.
Responsible for updating the duty rosters of the hospital staff based on the rotating shifts in coordination with respective department secretary/In-charge.
Maintains logs and records of activities and prepares monthly routine summaries as necessary.
Ensures full implementation of HR related policies and report any discrepancies
Perform additional duties as assigned as part of the job and his/her specialization.
