- Minimum of five (5) year of experience in an Instructor / Trainer position, teaching or coaching personnel, in information technology disciplines.
- Minimum three (3) years of formal instructional experience, including lesson plan development as well as classroom and hands-on training. Must exhibit strong organization and communication skills.
- Capable of expertly communicating technical information in English, both written and verbal. Familiar with Microsoft Office 2016 (SharePoint, Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Vision, Access and OneNote); Maximo, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, Illustrator and Photoshop authoring tools a plus.
- Must possess the ability to quickly learn new programs, processes, tools or skills and develop training programs around that knowledge. Must be a self-starter
