• Work directly with Managed services teams to maintain ongoing compliance process specific to SOC2 (Type 2) & PCI certifications and audits
• Provide direct technical support of customer environment to mitigate non-conformities
• Work with global Managed services organization to develop and deploy appropriate technical processes and controls around requisite trust principals
• Support recurring internal and external audits of OEMs customer environment to maintain audit compliance and/or certification
• Develop and provide recurring communication for OEMs leadership regarding audit compliancy and/or certification status
• Identify and address areas of improvement within customer’s control environment to ensure ongoing compliance / continuous improvement
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Technical background supporting UC and CC application environments
• Familiar working within complex multi-vendor network environments, including cloud environments utilizing VMware, Amazon Web Services, IBM Bluemix/Cloud, etc.
• Prior experience working in and overseeing project and/or program management
• Independent worker comfortable working within/across multidisciplinary/multinational teams
• Focused on working towards customer outcomes despite imperfect information
• Strong background in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience
• Experience working directly with UC/CC products
• Experience working within complex network/cloud environments (VMware, Amazon Web Services, IBM Bluemix/Cloud, etc.) – certifications a plus
• Direct technical experience supporting multiple OEMs UC and CC application environments
• Demonstrated experience working across multi-vendor cloud environments – VMware, Amazon Web Services, IBM Bluemix/cloud, etc.
• Familiarity developing and maintaining compliance processes across large services organizations
• Experience directly managing process compliance with SOC2 Type 2, PCI, and/or HPIAA certifications
• Demonstrated capability of working directly with customers & stakeholders within service delivery environment
• Experience directly managing ongoing service projects/programs
• Demonstrated team player with proven history of working across diverse organizations.
