The Regional Lead for EMEA is responsible for managing and supervising our EMEA operational team of Research Managers, Supervisors and Analysts.
Develops and coaches regional multicultural team to be a high performing, driven and collaborative team.
Communicates performance expectations through formal performance appraisals and regular feedback sessions.
Ensures people development through coaching, training and knowledge sharing.
Leads and inspires the team to support the strategic goals and needs of the business through establishing short- and long-term goals for the team.
Works closely with other Regional Leads and functions to ensure best client experience, quality and timeliness of product delivery.
Participates in creating and implementing the search strategy aligned with business unit objectives, ensures efficient and effective delivery of optimal service to clients.
Continually seeks to drive service improvements to clients through operational effectiveness, soliciting feedback from Sales, Proposition and other stakeholders.
The leader fosters a culture of customer focused behaviours and continuous operational improvement. Leads and participates in projects to meet objective to unify systems, streamline platforms, enabling speed to market and global service.
Works to develop, implement and measure globally consistent service levels and standards that are appropriate to customer needs.
