Growth Specialist

We are seeking a hardworking Growth Specialist to join our Growth team. You will be working with our Growthteam in all stages. As a Growth Specialist , your role is to be committed to Assist in marketing strategies, marketing KPI performance and monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs. Ultimately, a top-notch Growth Specialist should have strong analytical & communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the marketing team
• Assist in content marketing strategies to grow the user base
• Assist in overall monthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
• Develop and collaborate on campaign strategies while working with our creative partners to create beautiful images and excellent copy that drive results.
• You ll use a data-driven approach & a vigorous testing process to evaluate hypotheses and extract insights on strategy and performance for existing and new channels
• You ll develop landing pages in collaboration with Brand and Product Marketing to optimize conversion across the funnel
• You ll oversee performance tracking and calibration on a daily basis to drive decision-making around budget allocations, performance optimization and forecasting
• You ll develop landing pages in collaboration with Brand and Product Marketing to optimize conversion across the funnel
• You ll work closely with the Growth Product Manager as a partner to design experiments and ensure full funnel consideration and success

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, E-Marketing
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Proven success with account management and fostering fruitful relationships
• Can execute highly targeted audience research and building, including Audience Insights & custom Audience building (retargeting).
• Must be able to develop hypotheses, organize recommendations, and be comfortable sharing with the internal team.
