Job Description
- Oversees, directs, and manages daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section.
- Serves as the centralized customer service focal point.
- Processes all work requests, to include after-hours calls, dispatches craftsmen to emergencies, and writes corrective maintenance (CM).
- Classifies work using the most current Government work classification system.
- Inspects, maintains, repairs, operates, and performs minor alternations efficiently and economically.
- Processes all work requests within 24 hours after receipt to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Also manages the CE vehicle fleet and associated tasks, and makes vehicle assignments.
- Manages vehicle inventory, monitors Government vehicle status, provides maintenance oversight, prepares reports, and investigates vehicle incidents.
- Processes all work requests within 24 hours of receipt.
- Performs other job duties as assigned
