Job Description
- Leveraging both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
- Responsible for the applying latest technologies to the Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure under HQ
- recommendations.
- Responsible for the implementation of Security and Systems Monitoring and Reporting solutions.
- Advanced troubleshooting of any kind of networking and infrastructure issues in Microsoft technologies area.
- Analysing of existing ICT processes within Network and Telecommunications.
- Implementing and controlling of ICT processes for Network and Telecommunications.
- Implementing and controlling of ICT cross-functional processes within ICT Governance.
- Updating the procedures to be followed in case of Servers Failure, for Data Backup and Restore operations
- Coordinating strategies with other ICT Department teams and HQ.
- Responsible for the highest availability of ICT Networking and Infrastructure Services ones among the
- different sites.
- Responsible for the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan infrastructure.
- Projects implementation in coordination with Eni ICT.
- Providing capacity planning for ICT Infrastructure.
- Evaluating of new technologies in ICT business contests.
- Root cause analysis and offering improvements in procedures and technologies.
