Job Description
- Supervising and controlling all maintenance operations of all kinds
- Responsible for managing all maintenance operations and repairing faults in buildings, facilities, equipment and various devices
- Supervising the organization and scheduling of the tasks of maintenance engineers and technicians and the various maintenance works (preventive / remedial / emergency)
- Preparing the maintenance budget and estimating the costs of maintenance procedures
- Ensure that all maintenance personnel adhere to industrial and food safety rules and policies
- Communicate and negotiate with service providers for equipment, factory and external contracts
