Job Description
- Provide incident response for Air Products Digital Infrastructure services, this includes, Standard PCs, printers, Plant Process Control PCs and Servers located at the site.
- Provide local co-ordination for issue remediation & deployments with other DIS teams located remotely. Primarily, but not restricted to PCs, network & wireless services.
- Provide local IT support, and maintain IT Standards including Safety for IT rooms within the incumbents of responsibility.
- Provide local IT support for voice services both fixed and mobile, including Tetra.
- Build Air Products standard desktops in the local staging centre, using the Global load process, should DIS opt to create a Deployment location.
- Provide information technology support for industrial control systems at Air Products Plants locally.
- Provide network hardware upgrades and installations for Maintain Viability work where Network Technical Support would not be performing this role.
- To understand the reliance and inter-dependence of business applications and infrastructure services in the region.
