Job Description
We are in immediate hiring of a Help Desk agent; Male/ Female of any nationality; who can speak fluent English and Arabic.
- knowledge and experience of customer service practices, able to log all help desk interactions.
- Having experience - 1 to 3 years
- Call Center Agent Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to speak fluent English and Arabic.
- Can handle extreme work pressures.
