Job Description
- To ensure the region maximises commercial market opportunities through the effective deployment of learning and assessment products br To ensure consistency of standards in the delivery of new existing and enhanced products and services br To provide the link between the market and the regional global product and service strategy and curriculum ensuring market relevance to regional global products br To ensure successful deployment embedding of new products and services to markets in the region br To work alongside the Global Product Team in defining opportunities and business cases and to represent the voice of the customer in those opportunities and cases br Main accountabilities br Manages the product portfolio across the region ensuring products pilots are properly specified designed and evaluated so they deliver maximum contribution to the British Council s overall objectives and business targets br Manages the testing and roll out of new products pilots and develops a feedback cycle to ensure a continuous improvement process for all products and services
