Senior Program Manager

Manage the entire program life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution by working closely with operations, logistics and other key stakeholders in the company .

Work closely with the Regional fulfillment team to execute new Fulfillment channels in Saudi, like FBA on site, Easy ship prime. .

Support our Account management team, and program adoption teams to scale FBA, by identifying key fulfillment constraints and solving them. .

Work closely particularly with the local AMs, and global selling team on their needs for services. .

Balance Think Big and Bias for Action to plan for the future beyond current deliverables .

Identify dependencies and drive towards solutions with dependent teams .

Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus technical constraints to move these projects forward quickly .

Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on program decisions, status and risks
