Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Chief Financial Officer and strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team and Board of Directors
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of an organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of the organization
• Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors and executive leadership team
• Create and establish regular financial objectives that align with the organizational plan for growth and expansion
• Participate in critical organizational decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models
• Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by the senior leadership team
• Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by the senior leadership team and organizational requirements
• Prepare and present regular financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division
• Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual organizational operating budget
• Supervise the accounting and finance departments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems and databases
• Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Progressively more responsible experience in senior financial management positions for large international organizations for minimum 10 years;
• Experience in Egypt’s medical market.
• Solid knowledge of Odoo Systems.
• Demonstrated success in implementing major corporate change management programs.
• Demonstrated success in contributing to the design and implementation of computerized financial systems.
• High level of communication and inter-personal skills with demonstrated experience in managing large numbers of staff.
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Written and verbal fluence in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Diplomas in the areas of finance, accounting, management or a related discipline.
• Fluency in another foreign language.
• Global experience preferred, experience working across cultures.
