Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high impact Marketing strategies, campaigns and programs to support Brand visibility, create awareness and drive engagement.
  • Work with PR, Social and Content teams to deliver and execute local brand awareness, thought leadership and lead campaigns to meet local requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local plans for growth through the implementation of comprehensive lead campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local Sales leaders to support sales initiatives and the development of local sales enablement toolkits
  • Work with Growth Marketing team to Forecast, Track and Report on local Campaigns' KPIs and Results, and provide a set of recommendations to enhance the performance of regional campaigns on regular basis.
  • Provide regular updates to management on Marketing performance and upcoming activities.
  • Work with Product Marketing, PR and content on product launches.
  • Work with marketing team for developing key messaging, content and communication for in line with local business culture and needs and to identify key local and regional industry events and develop pre and post event nurture plans and communication.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in health care industry.
  • Experience in Egypt’s medical market.
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings and translate strategy into pragmatic tactical execution plans
  • Agile thinker, self-starter who possesses a high degree of self-confidence, growth mindset, and intellectual curiosity and exhibits a bias for action
  • Demonstrated record of defining and executing strategy including gaining buy-in from diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative working relationships with all levels of management, associates, and customers
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Written and verbal fluence in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or Diplomas in the areas of marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in another foreign language.
  • Global experience preferred, experience working across cultures.
