You Interact with customers through telephone to assist with their concerns, provide information about services, products, to cancel accounts or open new accounts, or obtain complaint details
Record details and raise tickets of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and take action in accordance to it
Ensure that the required changes are made to resolve the queries of the customers
Following up with operations to resolve any sort of issues where the customer is affected
Provide inbound customer issues related reports to the team leader
Contact clients to notify regarding investigation results, respond to inquiries or any adjustments in the services
Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing aggressive situations to minimal.
Handling comments and communication on both “WhatsApp” & “Instagram”
Provide inbound/outbound customer issues to the appointed team leader
