Job Description: Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the country head Revenue governance tracking efforts, related customer documentation (SOW/PO), timely invoicing & collections MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking, incentives and other analytics Interact with auditor, tax advisors, any compliance authorities and ensure the organization s alignment with compliances Co-own the payroll process along with HR and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and contractors Records retention as per local regulations Procurement and vendor management for the region Cater to any administrative requirements locally in the region Qualifications & Requirements: Working knowledge of IFRS, accounting and financial statements Good understanding of taxes and compliances for KSA Ability to work with different business groups in the organization along with support functions like HR, Admin, etc. Experience in working with local tax and compliance authorities is an advantage Ability to interact with customers in Arabic to resolve any invoicing or collections issue Flexible with work timings to align with parent company in the US Ability to work under pressure
