Job Description
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, handle pricing enquiries
- Aid front desk with reception, receive and direct clients
- Manage salon inventory, balance and audit all reported daily revenues
- Handle clients' concerns and questions professionally and courteously
- Perform preparation work and properly clean and sanitize all equipment and workplace
- Perform assigned services within appropriate time allotted for the particular service
- Proven work experience as manicurist and henna tattoo artist
- Expertise in gel nail techniques and meticulous with intricate details
- Knowledge of cosmetology trends
- Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
- Good communicative and interpersonal skills (Japanese proficiency an added advantage)
- Certification in Cosmetology/Nail Art
