Job Description

  • Answers inbound calls and respond tocustomerrequests
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls with in the target call duration.
  • Use questioning, trouble shooting and listening skills to supporteffective telephone communication and help in solving thecustomersproblems & complaints to ensure achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Receiving and resolving complaints, inquiries, or requests vis the company ticketing system.
  • Ensure resolving all issues within the required SLA.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents



Requirements

  • University Degree of any discipline.
  • 2-4 Years of experience
  • Very good command of written & spoken English
  • Very good presentation, analytical skills and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, word, PowerPoint)

Working Conditions:

  • 5 days/week - Shifts
  • 8 hours/day
  • Extra hours (If needed)
