- Answers inbound calls and respond tocustomerrequests
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls with in the target call duration.
- Use questioning, trouble shooting and listening skills to supporteffective telephone communication and help in solving thecustomersproblems & complaints to ensure achieving customer satisfaction.
- Receiving and resolving complaints, inquiries, or requests vis the company ticketing system.
- Ensure resolving all issues within the required SLA.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements
- University Degree of any discipline.
- 2-4 Years of experience
- Very good command of written & spoken English
- Very good presentation, analytical skills and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
Working Conditions:
- 5 days/week - Shifts
- 8 hours/day
- Extra hours (If needed)
