Job Description
- Participate in and support team initiatives
- Cross-train other employees as needed based upon knowledge and experience
- Compliantly complete all written and/or electronic labor tracking documentation
- Communicate with team to ensure all team members are aware of new issues and/or processes
- Select and obtain tools fixtures and programs to anneal & harden a wide variety of metal parts & components
- Assemble and braze metal and ceramic parts using a variety of braze alloys
- Must possess the ability to interpret process sheets/print specifications and apply strict specifications, while working within close tolerances
- Operate and maintain multiple furnaces in accordance with NQWI 4.09.2.16 standards
- Enter program data, change over, adjust equipment, vary temperatures, timing, furnace internal atmospheric conditions by introduction or evacuation of gases as specified or directed
- Effectively & efficiently produce parts according to certification and quality guidelines
