Job Description
- Create targeted sourcing strategies for executive positions to source and attract hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels,
- Manage the end-to-end candidate’s recruitment to ensure that the best talents get the job, including planning the process with Hiring Managers, job posting, candidate research, interviews, assessments, and reference checks,
- Ensure that all candidates and hiring managers have a great experience,
- Help building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by exploiting all available levers for both inbound and outbound channels,
