In some cases, a senior HR generalist helps set company policy for employee behavior and expectations.
Works closely with the HRBP as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include Performance Management, Work force Planning, Employee Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Recruitment, Exit and/or Compensation-related action items
Customizes and delivers specific Business Unit HR initiatives such as coaching managers on performance management, employee development, succession management, leads HR projects for the business unit, including M&A projects
Process all STD, LTD, FMLA, and Workers Compensation claims
Professional compensation processes and their implementation according to tariff and internal regulations
Oversees/assists in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, on-boarding, assimilation, talent management )
Perform a variety of professional and administrative human resources functions
Drive performance management initiatives for the business
Act as liaison between employee and Benefits if necessary to provide consultation and problem resolution
Full Time
