Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

Sales Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives and run operations of sales team. Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team and also helps in implementing new strategies to increase performance of existing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Training new hires
• Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
• Pricing inside the showroom and competitor pricing proposals.
• Supervise all sales and marketing activities in the showroom.
• Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for the showroom in order to issue timely management and statistical reports.
• Ensuring Schedule for employees are followed and all working shifts are fulfilled. Creating and managing team schedules.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
• Achieving sales targets.
