Job Description
- Encounters diverse problems that require thorough analysis.
- Coordinates the day-to-day operations of highly specialized maintenance technicians (i.e. maintenance electrician, HVAC mechanic, and machinist).
- Leads and directs by assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work.
- Coordinates work with outside contractors.
- Assures code and building standards are met.
- Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
