The role will focus on partnering with and consulting to HR and business leaders on complex international mobility issues. You will be required to consult on pre-assignment planning including cost projections and case management as needed, exception management, and complex tax/ immigration issues drawing from various internal and external resources. Address risk and compliance issues as part of broader due diligence to enable the business to make better planned and more informed decisions. Partner with business units on reporting, analysis, and strategic assessments of their mobility activities.
