Job Description
- Manage documentation activities for projects including creating, updating, and reviewing documents related to design and construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to documentation requirements and processes across various project planning, design, and construction stages.
- Create document archives, filing, indexing procedures, and internal databases and ensure ease of reference and retrieval.
- Monitor and maintain access control of documents.
- Identify potential risks associated with documentation, adopt requisite steps to mitigate associated risks, and escalate to necessary stakeholders, wherever required.
- Provide assistance during internal and external project audits.
- Deploy the latest tools and technologies to improve document management, storage, and retrieval processes and drive cost optimization.
- Update and maintain project-related documentation templates such as project setup forms, legal/regulatory applications, and contracts with external suppliers.
