Job Description
- The Senior Call Centre Representative will be responsible to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, and provide information as well as promote proper usage of All Almarai products, infant formulas and baby food products to Health-Care Professionals and consumers.
