Responsible to O&AT Head of Continuing Airworthiness, for all tactical and strategic fleet planning activities, for all O&AT platforms: Cirrus SR22, Pilatus PC21, Hawk Mk65/A and Hawk Mk165.
Ensure all maintenance requirements - scheduled maintenance, modifications, AMP changes and customer / Part M requirements - are generated, collated, prioritized and tasked effectively.
Responsible for the through-life management of all Continuing Airworthiness records, associated with Fleet Planning.
Ensure that Fleet Planning Leads at KFAA & KFAB implement and maintain a robust Statement of Work (SoW) process for scheduled maintenance requirements, delivered through Pre Input Review Meetings (PIRM) and Post Output Review Meetings (PORM).
Manage flying rate adherence, Flying Hour (FH) and Fatigue Index (FI), across all O&AT Hawk fleets, in accordance with approved data and contract requirements, to effectively manage aircraft life consumption.
Provide detailed Fleet Planning briefs at internal and customer meetings, ensuring any Fleet Planning-related actions are resolved in a timely fashion.
Manage fleet spares through analysis and modelling to develop recommendations as to the appropriate spares disposition configuration standard mix within the stock holdings, to reflect aircraft configuration standards and fleet size changes.
