Job Description
- Gather and analyze information and participate in client workshops to understand the client’s strategy, operating model and overall business landscape through different tools and techniques
- Conduct a holistic value chain analysis through analyzing relevant documents, conducting benchmarking studies and participating in workshops with SMEs and senior executives
- Design and assess organization structure design options based on collected data, best practices and benchmarking analysis
