HCI's largest brand is Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers franchises with 40+ locations throughout the Midwest, Texas, and East Coast. HCI manages three locally owned and operated restaurants in Manhattan and Junction City and offers full-service catering to the central Kansas area. In 2021 HCI added Booth Creek Wagyu, Meatworks of Kansas processing plant in Riley, KS, and Booth Creek Wagyu Retail store in Manhattan.
