A Successful Working Woman- 6 am: Rise and shine

I wake up at six in the morning. This is my favorite time, as I feel so lucky to be enjoying the sunrise every day, as if I am seeing it for the first time.

It is the perfect time for me to feel energized and productive and want to get more done throughout the day.

A Successful Working Woman- 7 am: Breakfast with the family

The family eats breakfast together at seven as we go to our destination: work or school. Here, I carry out my duties as a mother and housewife, preparing breakfast early and providing the favorite dish for everyone sitting at the table; My husband, for example, prefers snacks in the morning, while my son only eats cornflakes with fruits and honey.

To save time and effort, I try to prepare what can be prepared the evening before so I don't waste any more time in the morning.

A Successful Working Woman- 8 am: Work starts early

After everyone left, I went to work. I am a translator for a company, and my work requires a lot of focus. So, I always ensure to avoid thinking about anything other than work.

Over ten years of work, I have never arrived late to work or been late in delivering my assignments. I always see motherhood playing a role here as I am always ready for any demands, especially with young children who cannot help independently.

A Successful Working Woman- 12 pm: Lunch with the girls

With my friends and co-workers, I enjoy lunch in the break from twelve to one, and we often talk about life matters and try to avoid talking about work to recharge our energies to continue the day actively.

Among the things we always talk about: are online shopping and our favorite shopping apps, home errands, and how to get them done fast.

As working women, we constantly “work smart” to complete multiple tasks quickly for more convenience throughout the day.

A Successful Working Woman- 6 pm: Home, sweet home

I come home around 6 pm and say hello to my husband, who is watching TV in the living room, before heading to the kitchen to prepare food for the family.

The table is always a place to chat about the day as we share stories, thoughts, and advice.

A Successful Working Woman- 10 pm: Lights out!

Everyone heads to the bedrooms to rest after a long day of errands.

I enjoy being a wife, a mother, and an employee; even though I feel tired and exhausted at times, I always feel grateful for those blessings.
