Set strategy and direction for the team, include establishing team objectives and supporting measurements.
Build out and maintain consistent and scalable Process Improvement practices for the company.
Identify, set, and implement Best Practices for the business processes, keeping them closely linked to the company’s strategy.
Provide effective partnership with Internal stakeholders within the company to ensure effective use of the team’s resources and tool sets.
Identify areas for improvements in various processes and develop “to-be” activities in coordination with process owner and internal organization requirements and policies.
Conduct thorough diagnosis of business processes and operations, document and present recommendations and provide detailed assessment of process improvement projects.
Provide coaching and direction to the team by prioritizing focus areas, defining deliverables, and ensuring measurable results.
Drive day to day delivery of team priorities, while also maintaining a big-picture strategic perspective.
Define business Risks within existing processes and the relevant Controls to mitigate them.
Drive and own development of processes and standardized supporting systems/solutions.
Run Change Impact Assessments on process changes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related
5 + years of experience
Very good Microsoft capabilities
Excellent writing/Reading skills in Arabic & Very good in English
