A day in your life with us:
- Coaching towards our business in areas of Leadership & Culture, Learning & Development and Performance Management to improve business performance.
- Lead the work of identifying behaviours based on growth ambitions and capability supporting business needs.
- Create, implement, maintain and continuously develop our Talent Development strategy including concept and frameworks, global structures, methods, policies, standards, rules and guidelines.
- Lead the Talent Development team and support the Matrix.
- Coordinates with the Centre of Expertise for Talent Development at INGKA Group to localise, lead and implement the frameworks, approach and process in order to ensure successful implementation in the country
- Responsible for transmission of country Leadership and Competence Development needs to the Centre of Expertise, providing the country perspective in co-creation of frameworks, approach and process
- Leads and develops a strategically focused Country Leadership and Competence Development team and ensures that the team works effectively, collaboratively, and creatively with individuals and teams throughout the company
- Establishes a high standard of excellence within the function including identifying, communicating, localising and implementing Leadership and Competence Development for all co-workers in the country organisation
- Networks with stakeholders across the country organisation to proactively monitor and manage leadership, competence, development and succession needs for today and the future
- Drives close cooperation with country Recruitment and Sourcing function to ensure alignment between recruiting strategy and succession plan

- Proven senior HR/Talent management in a leading position.
- Proven transformation and development ability.
- International work experience in a multicultural environment.
