Responsibilities
Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics home appliances and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager. The chosen candidate along with their team will function as a marketing expert in both digital and nondigital realms. They will collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization and other principal leaders to devise and execute a marketing and sales strategy for the organizations products solutions and services. The goal is to support team to meet predetermined sales or market share objectives. Key Tasks: Conduct market research supervise product development and design set prices launch new products manage advertising campaigns and monitor sales performance to effectively market assigned products/services. Monitor analyze and evaluate domestic and international market trends consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service. Monitor analyze and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas. Identify product/service changes to meet customer needs. Collaborate with other areas of the organization (e.g. production R&D) to implement these changes. Support in preparation of sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume revenues and costs against forecasts. Adjust plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service. Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience. Build execute and optimize strategic digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms for the Home Electronics division. Execute lead generation campaigns (including SEO/SEM digital advertising social media email campaigns events webinars and more) to support business units. Work crossfunctionally and with multiple digital agency partners to assist with building digital campaigns from start to finish. Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence. Make recommendations based on results of campaigns marketing and industry trends and communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Assist with marketing products on the companys website from product creation to monitoring and updating as required. Collaborate with internal teams and principal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Support in building compelling presentations to present digital plans and results to the senior team. Work with key partners & retailers on coop digital marketing efforts helping grow the companys share of online voice. Serve as a digital advisor by educating the organization on digital marketing best practices and trends and helping to evangelize digital marketing throughout the corporation. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements

Education Degree
: Bachelor
Major
: A bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing can be advantageous. Certifications in digital marketing such as Google Analytics Google Ads or SEO can be can be advantageous.
Experience
Years of Experience
: 5 7 Years
Field of Experience
: Experience in marketing preferably in the consumer electronics industry. This should include experience in both digital and nondigital marketing. Management Experience: At least 35 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. Product Management Experience: Experience in product management can be beneficial as the role involves overseeing the marketing of specific products or services. Digital Marketing Experience: Including experience with SEO/SEM digital advertising social media campaigns and using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics would be highly valuable. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Experience working crossfunctionally with teams like sales product and R&D can be advantageous as the role requires collaboration with these teams. International Market Experience: Experience in international marketing is a plus.

Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM digital advertising social media campaigns and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Creativity: Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive sales. CustomerCentric Approach: Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and preferences to guide product development and marketing strategies. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners. Knowledge of Consumer Electronics Market: Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry and its latest trends can be a significant advantage.
