Main job duties would be:
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to new customer queries via phone andmessages
- Follow up existing customer queries/ requests
- Greet guests professionally
- Take attendance
- Maintain required excel spreadsheets/ data entry
- Capture process/ visuals changes and update
- Monitors visitor access and issue visitor pass
- Order, collect and processes orders and supplier contacts
Schedule maintenance work and ensure logistics are in place
- Process venue hire requests
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and deliveries
- Schedule appointments, maintaining & updating calendars, and reminding the respective personnel of the appointments
- Create and print sheets, memos, mail, reports, photocopy and distribute
- Assist with Admin and HR tasks as required
- Site walkthrough end of day/ closing procedure
- Support the Mission, Vision and core values of the company
