Production Manager

A well - Known Group in KSA is looking to hire " Production Manager " to work for a mineral water factory .

• Responsible for plant production goals.

• Responsible for product quality control for the plant.

• Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.

• Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.

• Select and train plant staff.

• Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Conduct employee performance reviews.

• Schedule and conduct plant meetings.

• Ensure maintenance of the clean and safe plant.

• Communicate with all levels of personnel with strong interpersonal skills.

• Attend corporate training and meetings.

Requirements

Education :

Graduation/master/engineering , biology, chemistry or business and five (5) years of full time experience in the operation of water treatment plants and distribution systems or in water quality planning and evaluation or environmental engineering, and at least two years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.

Experience :

Having good experience (particularly in food companies) is required , mineral water , drinks , bottled water preferred .

Basic Salary range : 5000 to 8000 SAR
