Job Title: Security Manager
Report To: Head of Facility
Key Responsibilities
- Implement security and safety policy of the bank and ensuring physical loss prevention & protection of bank’s assets, employees and valuables.
- Budget- Provide inputs in finalizing the budget for the security function and monitor budget continuously.
- Compliance to security guidelines-Ensure the bank complies with all security guidelines issued by MOI, CBK etc.
- Security safeguard-Ensure availability of security personnel at all times for protection of bank’s premises and employees.
- Security Systems-Monitor functionality and conditions of all security systems and ensure all CCTV, access system devices, intrusions and equipment are renovated.
- Reporting-Report on incidents, breach of security or suspicious activities to the bank management.
- Reports-Ensure that all reports related to security policies and procedures are kept updated and available to all concerned parties.
- Security Awareness Campaigns & Emergency preparedness–Ensure periodic emergency mock drills are conducted; review documented observations and recommend measures required to increase awareness campaigns (e.g. awareness sessions, flyers, posters, etc.) and emergency preparedness.
- Contract Management-Negotiate and administer contracts with security service providers.
- Registers of keys of all office premises–Review the record of all keys of office premises; Ensure duplicate keys are issued to authorized persons upon receipt of necessary approval.
Skills
Candidate Profile:
1.Requirement open for Kuwaiti nationals only.
2.Bachelors degree is a must.
3.Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
4.Extensive knowledge of bank’s security practices & procedures.
5.Experience in security functions with both internal office and external premises.
