الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide overall management and operational support to our staff involved in the project
- Seek opportunities to grow the framework/programme for Jacobs to maximise top and bottom-line growth and performance
- Provide required leadership and exercise effective management of the project to comply with Jacobs best practice in project management
- Promote and reinforce Jacob’s culture and values with our client and our project team
- Provide coaching and guidance to our people by building and managing meaningful and supportive relationships across the organization
- Support our client’s team with the management of portfolio of multiple projects, managing their interdependencies, resourcing and any proposed changes which may affect project priorities
- Work closely with internal and external recruiters to ensure resources are experienced and qualified to deliver the resource plan and meet client demand
