Job Summary
The security supervisor will be reporting to the security Manager and responsible for the safety and security of all guests, team members, visitors and contractors in the hotel. He / she will maintain the safety and security in the hotel premises and oversees the security team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Duties
- Maintains all documents and key systems in the department
- Recommends improvements in surveillance, security and fire systems.
- Reviews, quickly and thoroughly any incidents with the intention of preventing re-occurrences
- With the assistance of the Security Manager, trains and supervises the security team
- Organizes the work schedules and ensures that all policies are followed
- Conducts regular briefings with the security team
- Reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries within the hotel.
- Assists the HR team in the case of investigation within the team members
- Escorts unwelcome visitors in a professional manners.
- Constant vigilance of hotel operations and premises
- Ensures the overall safety and security of the hotel guests, staffs and hotel premises
