THE ROLE:
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation is in the Healthcare Sector. We are looking to recruit a hands-on, charismatic, and forward-thinking HR Manager to take us to the next stage of growth.
This post will have the responsibility for the operational provision of an effective and efficient human resources service and the strategic development of this service to meet changing organisational needs.
The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the group has in place the necessary policies, procedures and progressive human resource systems, and structures to ensure that the group s most important asset, its staff, are effectively recruited, retained, and developed and that harmonious staff relations are fostered, developed, and maintained.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional, with a Generalist background and a thorough understanding of HR policies & procedures, possessing with a strong consultative style and proven HR leadership experience across multiple sites. A significant part of the role will involve employee recruitment and orientations, compensation and benefits, conflict resolution, with the opportunity for developing and refining procedures and creating efficiencies. We are eager to find a Human Resources Manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today s workforce.
Working with Group Colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition and management, performance management, employee relations and engagement, policy development and implementation, learning & Development, Compliance with legislation and regulation including HIQA.
The post-holder should have strong knowledge of the Irish Employment Legislation and Health & Safety requirements.
The candidate will also need to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships and the ability to collaborate and drive change through influence will be critical in this role. They must also be strong in strategic thinking as in end-to-end program management.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field
CIPD membership
Experience
- Results Driven HR Professional with 3-5+ years of experience
- Previous experience managing employee relations and compliance
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems
- Broad knowledge of Irish employment laws and employment regulations
- Working Knowledge of HIQA/ISO/JCI (or similar regulatory body)
- Thorough knowledge of Human Resources strategies and best practices
- Solid understanding and experience of compensation and benefits administration
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft office packages
- Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative
