Cost Analyst/ Cost Engineer

Job Description

• Development of product cost models: Material usage including scrap, material and labor cost
• Keep Control of Product costing (MLO/TP/Margins) for developed series
• Costing and Margin calculation for each project
• Costing for standard and customized options & SQs (Special quotes)
• Close gaps between BOM Vs actual material consumed
• Control Scala Stock code master data for stock code creation
• Capital requirements for new or current products.
• Review complex bill of materials for reasonableness
• Set cost targets of purchased items.
• Support Purchasing negotiations.
• Follow all HSE requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training.
• Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
• Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies
• Apply, execute and maintain function related BOS issues
• In addition to the above mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be
  individually defined.

Job Requirements

• B.E Mechanical Engineering / MBA
• Job Experience
• Minimum 6 years
• Professional knowledge: in detail when specialist function
