Help design I&D initiatives by applying judgment in tailoring methodologies, processes, and practices to specific requirements of programs/projects and business units.
Build, develop and manage scope and project plans, including a schedule for complex projects.
Create key project communications for senior leaders and other stakeholders.
Evaluate and report project/program progress, using quality and performance metrics appropriate to the project/program.
Handle resources, tasks and costs based on the project plan.
Participate actively in external diversity conferences and organizations.
Proactively identify and address project risks and opportunities.
Gain an understanding of GHD's culture, business objectives and business needs.
Be the central point of contact and help I&D team prepare and provide updates for key stakeholders, including I&D Committee members, ERG leaders, People team members regarding the Inclusion & Diversity strategy and resources.
Handle I&D reporting for Global Enterprise and assist Global I&D Leader in analyzing data reports and trends and make recommendations or provide meaningful insights.
As required, this role may need to support the efficient scheduling & coordination of other events & programs in the Inclusion & Diversity function.
About you:
Essential
Highly passionate and committed to inclusion, equity and diversity related topics
Typically, 3+ years relevant experience in the Inclusion, Equity and Diversity space
High level of skill in Microsoft office suite, particularly presentations for executive audiences
Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
Strong team work ethic and the confidence to take initiative
Detail orientation with strong focus on accuracy and quality
Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding workload and competing priorities.
Proactive internal client service and continuous improvement approach
Experience in ability to work flexible hours and virtually, given the geographic scope of role.
Competent at influencing all levels of the firm
Ability to explain difficult concepts and sensitive issues
