Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the executive team, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
- Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff.
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
- Overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
- Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
- Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
- Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
- Working to define and articulate our customer segments and messaging, while working closely with the Development Team, Technical Team, Sales Team, and our CEO.
- Helping to create clear and compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging for each of our key customer segments.
- Help Creating and maintaining both brand and communications guidelines and principles.
- Help to Ensure adherence to and consistency of communications guidelines across all customer facing channels.
- Support in the creation of product & sales collateral for internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain marketing material repositories for partners and distributors
- Establish and regularly report on marketing KPIs
- Collect and analyze customer and competitor qualitative and quantitative data, to drive product, design, and marketing decisions
- Develop customer journeys and communications touch points to drive better customer experiences and increased growth in key business metrics
- Study Website Lead to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) Ratio and reassess it regularly to see the improvement.
- Plan, strategize, and oversee event marketing efforts.
- Drive inbound and outbound product marketing across our key audiences

- Previous working experience as Marketer for [x] year(s)
- MA in marketing or similar relevant field.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Computer skills:Microsoft office.
