SAP FICO Junior Consultant

Job Description

• Provide guidance on business processes based on sound understanding of the key functions within ERP
• Map the end user business requirement with standard functionalities available in ERP.
• Understand of the integration with various modules and external application or systems.
• Design, develop and deliver end user training and creating training manuals.
• Document business processes, system blueprint and any other documentation for the implemented solutions.
• Provide users business application support, and issues solving within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP problems/failures for both external and internal customers and update ticket log systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with ERP external parties if requested.
• Master data format & upload and ensure the accuracy of the master data in the system.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent education.
• 0-1 Years’ Experience in Business Process design and Configuration of SAP system.
• Professional appearance with strong customer focus.
• Enthusiastic, analytical and structured working attitude.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction & Self-training.
