Ensure achievement of sales objectives within the defined area; build the Area Sales Action plan, down to each Med. Reps. Under his responsibility.
Evaluate, maintain & develop the sales reps knowledge related to sales technique, products and environment (medical, legal, competition…) & develop Reps through coaching and on-the-job training to achieve area objectives.
Monitor regular reporting by sales reps according to agreed schedule, update of doctors cards and data base.
At area level, regularly analyze sales performance and design appropriate corrective actions and ensure coordination of all activities ( calls, PR activities, grants, congresses, invitations, HQ visits…) for all involved company personnel.
Ensure implementation of internal procedures, policies and best practices and judicious use of A&P budget to maximize business.
Develop and maintain professional network in the territory and maintain / update product and competition knowledge and builds and maintains good relationships with trade, KOL personnel.
Report any relevant information to HQ(market and competition, pharmacovigilance…) monitor market share development and implement targeting & profiling to ensure adequate coverage of potential customer base.
