الوصف الوظيفي
- Reports directly to the Project Claims Manager and, as required, the Project Commercial Manager. Receives direction, technical and functional guidance as required from the Project Claims Manager Contract and, as required, from the Project Commercial Manager or other senior members of the project management or legal team.
- As a Senior Claims Specialist, the applicant may be required to manage, guide and support more junior members of the claims team including providing advice and implementing agreed claims policies and procedures. May also be required to provides claims, contractual or commercial advice to other relevant project personnel such as Contract Administrators or Contract Managers, Prime Contract Administrators or and other contracts personnel as required. May be required to deputize for the Project Claims Manager in his absence.
