الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for setting up Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). I.e., SharePoint, Electronic Rig library (ERL).
- Responsible for setting up Master Document Register, Distribution Matrix, and SharePoint Access Matrix.
- Manage the documents and ensure the documents are available in the EDMS s and suitable for use and the information is adequately protected.
- Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
- Responsible to address, manage and control document distribution, access and retrieval use activities as per the company procedure.
- Responsible to accurately update information in the electronic document management system.
- Accurately allocate and control the numbering of documents.
- Promote within the QHSE department, and other departments, the procedures, and tools available to search and find documentation.
- Assist Offshore or Onshore departments in reviewing files to locate documentation.
- Identify and catalog the latest documents that are received from the Suppliers, Rigs, and Facility based Company personnel (Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement) and supersede the previous revision from the ERL.
